Adrian Bell, CEO/President
Mr. Bell, as President, brings over 20 years of experience as a federal executive with the General Services Administration (GSA) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), where he managed IT portfolios with annual budgets exceeding $45 million. His achievements include receiving the Presidential Inauguration Award, as well as certifications as a Government Technical Monitor (GTM) and Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR). Mr. Bell has also owned multiple SBA 8(a), HUBZone, and GSA schedule firms, along with various Joint Ventures. His companies have been featured in Inc. Magazine 5000 and nominated as U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Prime Contractor of the Year. Additionally, Mr. Bell holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard University.
